The more exercise we get each day the better we sleep. When we feel rested we have more energy to exercise and stay fit. Likewise, when we exercise and eat healthy foods we sleep better. It’s all connected to form a balanced flow that will improve your life and energize your daily routines.

Ron taught me to have correct form, challenged me enough physically to give me confidence, and always was available as a resource. He answered SO many questions that I had.
