Belief in my body's need for being fit helps set my course and trajectory in life and the gym is my Universe. Helping clients reach their goals while keeping them healthy is my rocket fuel.

We must adapt our lifestyle to consider proper amounts of sleep, nutritious food, and exercise as we place our body's needs into our busy schedules. Strengthening one area may support the other two, but our goal is to establish a balanced flow between all three that's unique to you.
The more exercise we get each day the better we sleep. When we feel rested we have more energy to exercise and stay fit. Likewise, when we exercise and eat healthy foods we sleep better. It’s all connected to form a balanced flow that will improve your life and energize your daily routines.

Ron taught me to have correct form, challenged me enough physically to give me confidence, and always was available as a resource. He answered SO many questions that I had.
